If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date (according to Canada Post). Please note you will be responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return items can be mailed or dropped off. Refunds for drop off returns will be processed after inspection. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Please allow 24 - 72 business hours for refunds to process.
Return Eligibility:
Items must meet the following criteria to be accepted as a return for store credit:
- The item must be unworn & unwashed.
- The item must be free of makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- The item must be free of scents: perfume, smoke, etc.
- Original tags must still be attached in the original place.
- Returns must be received within 14 days of Canada Post's stated delivery date.
FEM. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages; thus, we encourage you to ship your return package with a tracking number. Items must meet the above criteria to be approved for store credit; if an item is received that does not meet the above criteria, it will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
Return Process:
- Ensure your item meets the return eligibility requirements above.
- Please send fem.clothingcorporation@gmail.com an email with the following information: name, address, item you are returning (description, size, & color), reason for return. FEM. will respond with return shipping information.
- Package your merchandise and drop off at your nearest post office.
Product Exchanges:
We are unable to accommodate product exchanges due to limited styles/sizes. Therefore, we cannot guarantee we will have the item you wish to exchange for.
Damaged/Incorrect Items:
Please take a photo of the item and your order slip and email it to fem.clothingcorporation@gmail.com. Damaged and/or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery date (according to Canada Post).
